At Dayzer Art, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. General Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital art and customized products (such as personalized t-shirts) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital Art: All digital downloads (e.g., PDF, JPEG, PNG files) are final sale.
  • Customized Products: Any t-shirts or products that have been personalized or customized with specific text, designs, or colors cannot be returned or refunded.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at contact@dayzerart.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Return Approval: We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Please include the following when contacting us about a damaged item:

  • A description of the damage or defect.
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable).

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you want to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase. You will need to return the original item, and we will send you a replacement after the return is processed.

8. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Dayzer Art (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). If the item is being exchanged, you will not be charged additional shipping fees unless it exceeds the value of the original order.
